Wayne spent 28 years at McDonald’s: 13 years with corporate in operations, franchising, construction, real estate, purchasing, personnel and strategic marketing, plus 15 years as an award-winning franchisee.

But, Wayne Harris offers much more than just hamburger know-how. Wayne Harris knows everyone. He knows what it’s like to be on the client side and how to meet client expectations. He’s also our fiduciary wiz. Agency management leader. New business strategist. Better yet, he’s extremely bright and fun-loving.

As past president of Forward Wisconsin — the marketing arm of our state — he served on the Governor’s cabinet. In between spin classes and client meetings, Wayne is an active member of the Marketing Communications Agency Network (MCAN), and also on the Board of Directors of the Keep Wisconsin Warm Fund, Wisconsin DECA Foundation and Wisconsin Center for Academically Talented Youth.

He was the past chair and still is an active committee member for the Ronald McDonald House Charities and the Badger Chapter of the American Red Cross. Wayne received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois. He also manages two very important accounts: his son, Brian, and his daughter, Lindsey.
