Wayne is the original founder of Orion Marketing Group, which he re-structured and re-named Glowac, Harris, Madison, Inc. Here, he not only co-leads our agency, but he continues to inspire our account management team and new business efforts to greatness. And when Wayne delivers one of his Brand-SMART® brand management workshops, business people get re-energized.
Wayne’s branding expertise has helped a variety of clients — from Marshfield Clinic to Brookstone Homes to Capital Brewery.
Wayne Glowac is a leader of the board of the Greater Madison Convention and Visitors Bureau, an active member of MCAN (Marketing Communications Agency Network), CIM (Council of Independent Managers), Madison Advertising Federation and the Madison Area Builders Association.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Northern Illinois University. His wife, Laurie, and three sons — Preston, Taylor and Connor — have recently built their dream home in Cross Plains. Wayne’s passions include his family, his agency and cycling.
But, Wayne Harris offers much more than just hamburger know-how. Wayne Harris knows everyone. He knows what it’s like to be on the client side and how to meet client expectations. He’s also our fiduciary wiz. Agency management leader. New business strategist. Better yet, he’s extremely bright and fun-loving.
As past president of Forward Wisconsin — the marketing arm of our state — he served on the Governor’s cabinet. In between spin classes and client meetings, Wayne is an active member of the Marketing Communications Agency Network (MCAN), and also on the Board of Directors of the Keep Wisconsin Warm Fund and Gilda's Club.
He was the past chair and still is an active committee member for the Ronald McDonald House Charities and the Badger Chapter of the American Red Cross. Wayne received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from the University of Illinois. He also manages two very important accounts: his son, Brian, and his daughter, Lindsey.
