Alzheimer’s Association: Millions will never forget.

The Alzheimer’s Association needed to boost national volunteerism of upwardly mobile 30-somethings, and bottom line results, for their biggest annual fundraising event: MemoryWalk’05. They reached out to Consulting A la Carte health care marketing specialist, Doug Voegtle.

Doug not only delivered a road map showing how to tie together corporate sponsorship and volunteer recruiting efforts (via TV, radio, billboard, print and Internet), but he gave the client something more. Doug’s plan allowed for the creative to be customized by local chapters, thus ensuring local chapter buy-in. Overall, his marketing strategies made the most of limited media dollars, delivered on primary objectives, and gave the client more than was expected.
